About this hidden track
(Title Unknown) is a hidden song by Limp Bizkit from their album Chocolate Starfish And The Hot Dog Flavored Water.
“Outro” consists of Ben Stiller trashing Limp Bizkit before lapsing into a loop of his laugh from about 4:50 until 7:40. The track then goes into a phone conversation between Fred Durst and Stephen Richards from the band Taproot. Taproot signed with Atlantic Recording after Durst offered them a spot on his own record label, so he called him to rough him up a bit.
About Chocolate Starfish And The Hot Dog Flavored Water
Chocolate Starfish And The Hot Dog Flavored Water is the third studio album by American nu-metal band Limp Bizkit. The album was released in 2000 and was produced by Limp Bizkit’s frontman, Fred Durst, along with Terry Date. The album features several popular singles, including “Rollin'”, “My Way”, and “Take a Look Around”, which was also featured in the film “Mission: Impossible 2”.
The album’s title is derived from two things: “Chocolate Starfish” is a crude term for the human anus, and “Hot Dog Flavored Water” is a reference to the taste of saliva after smoking cannabis. The album’s sound is typical of Limp Bizkit’s earlier work, with aggressive rap-rock style and a mix of heavy guitar riffs and turntable scratches. The album’s lyrics touch on topics such as fame, depression, and relationships.
Despite mixed reviews from critics, Chocolate Starfish And The Hot Dog Flavored Water was a commercial success, debuting at number one on the Billboard 200 and selling over six million copies in the United States alone.
